At Sacred Energy Acupuncture, I combine Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern neuroscience to create individualized treatments based on what each person needs. I have advanced training in Neuropuncture, a neuroscience-based electroacupuncture system that allows me to work more specifically with the nervous system and brain. I especially enjoy helping patients with brain health and cognitive support, headaches and migraines, sleep problems, stress and anxiety, chronic and acute pain, hormonal changes, and neurological conditions.

I don't believe acupuncture should be one-size-fits-all. Depending on the person, I may incorporate traditional acupuncture, electroacupuncture, cupping, injection therapy, auriculotherapy, or other supportive treatments. I also offer cosmetic acupuncture and micro needling, as well as functional bloodwork for patients who want a deeper look at what's going on with their health. My goal is for patients to feel heard, understand their options, and have a treatment plan designed specifically for them, not just their symptoms.
