When Faith sent out the recommendation that we promote ourselves and share some of our wins, I immediately went into writing paralysis.

What do I even brag about? What have I accomplished? Because, let’s be honest… most of us aren’t exactly comfortable talking about ourselves.

But it got me thinking about this past year and everything that has happened while growing my business.

There has been A LOT of learning. Learning how to run a business more effectively, how to move through obstacles, how to balance my personal and professional life, and most importantly, learning to believe in myself a little more.

And honestly, I’m not sure I would be where I am today without Power Gals.

This group of women has given me so much knowledge, encouragement, support, referrals, and confidence. I’ve learned from women who have been exactly where I am and from women who are further along and willing to share what they’ve learned.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And this past month especially has taught me a lot about how much I can take on, how to push through fear, and what happens when I say YES to opportunities that scare me a little.

So maybe my “win” isn’t one specific accomplishment.

Maybe it’s the fact that I’m still showing up, still building, still learning, and becoming more confident in the business owner and leader I’m working toward becoming.

And that’s something I’m finally willing to brag about.
